This is a new 10,000 sq ft shingle style home on the ocean with a geothermal cooling system. State of the art filtration, fresh air to air heat exchangers and humidifiers are used. We successfully integrated a very sophisticated HVAC system into a home with very little impact on the home’s architecture.
