This is an extensively renovated 7000 sq ft home on Nantucket. Geothermal heating and cooling is used to provide comfort year round. Fresh air systems, high capacity steam humidifiers and special filters are used to provide optimum comfort and efficiency. The issue here was to provide a state of the art heating and cooling system without compromising the architectural detail of the house.
