This is a new 5,400 sq ft home with a separate guest house. Geothermal heating and cooling were installed. High efficiency filters, air to air heat exchangers and steam humidifiers are specified to maximize indoor air quality and comfort. A condensing gas boiler is used for domestic hot water and as a back up to the geothermal system.
